Prelaunch status: Our products remain in development and ordering is not yet open. The standards below describe how the planned customer experience is being built; final labels and lot-specific documentation will control.

Clearly identified products

Each planned vial label will identify the product, bottle volume, lot number, expiration date, and research-use restrictions in a straightforward format.

Purpose-matched packaging

The planned system pairs glass vials with compatible butyl stoppers and crimp closures. Organizer compatibility will be stated only after physical samples are checked.

Lot-level traceability

Production lots are planned to connect the label, retained records, and available supporting documentation. No lot reports will be published until real production records exist.

Responsible claims

We publish only product, manufacturing, and testing statements supported by records specific to G&C and the applicable product or lot.

Simple product paths

Preserved laboratory water solutions and empty vial organizers have separate product experiences. Organizer-only browsing does not require research-product age confirmation.
