These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the G&C Reconstix website, operated by G&C Innovations LLC (“G&C,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Eligibility and lawful use
Purchasers of research solutions must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. An organizer-only purchase does not require the research-solution age certification. All purchases must comply with applicable law.
Research-use restriction
All research solutions are for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal use, and not for injection. They are not intended for reconstituting or preparing any substance for administration to humans or animals. Research solutions are not offered as drugs, medical treatments, food, cosmetics or diagnostic products. We do not provide medical advice, dosing or administration guidance. Vial storage organizers are storage accessories and are not research solutions.
Account and order information
You agree to provide accurate, current billing, shipping and contact information, identify the purchaser type when requested, and protect any account credentials. We may request information reasonably needed to verify a lawful research purpose. We may verify, limit, reject or cancel an order because of availability, incomplete or inconsistent purchaser information, suspected fraud, compliance concerns, address problems, pricing errors or an indicated prohibited use.
Resale and relabeling
Research solutions may not be resold, relabeled or repackaged without prior written authorization from G&C Reconstix. Any authorized resale, private-label or custom-packaging arrangement remains subject to the Research Use Policy. These research solutions are non-sterile and may never be represented as sterile, FDA approved, or intended for human, animal, injectable, diagnostic or therapeutic use. Written resale or packaging authorization does not change these restrictions.
Prices and payment
Prices, availability, discounts and shipping offers may change before an order is accepted. Applicable state and local sales tax is determined from the delivery address and displayed at checkout. Qualified resale purchases may be treated as tax-exempt only after we receive and validate the required resale documentation. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.
When electronic payment becomes available, payment-card and banking information will be transmitted to an approved third-party payment gateway for authorization and processing. G&C Reconstix will not store full payment-card numbers. Payment availability and accepted methods remain subject to gateway and banking-provider approval.
Shipping, risk and returns
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law and carrier terms. The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are incorporated into these Terms.
Product information
We work to present accurate information, but images may be illustrative and packaging may change. Only documentation specifically applicable to the supplied product or lot controls. No unsupported certification, testing, sterility, purity or manufacturing claim is made.
Intellectual property
The G&C Reconstix name, branding, artwork, website design and original content may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission from G&C Innovations LLC.
Automated access and artificial-intelligence use
Except for ordinary indexing by general-purpose search engines that honor our robots.txt instructions, automated scraping, crawling, downloading, extraction or collection of this website or its content is prohibited without prior written permission from G&C Innovations LLC. Website text, images, artwork, product presentations, branding, layout and other original material may not be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground or supply an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system; create a dataset; generate a substitute or substantially similar website; or produce commercial derivative content without prior written permission.
Attempts to evade technical restrictions, conceal automated access or disregard published crawler instructions are also prohibited. These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Website availability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning uninterrupted website operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G&C Reconstix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, prohibited product use or a purchaser’s failure to follow labeling or law. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction serving LeFlore County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires another forum.
