Research Use Policy

Permitted purpose

G&C Reconstix products are offered solely as laboratory research materials. They are not represented as drugs, medical products, food, cosmetics, diagnostic products or veterinary products.

Prohibited uses

Products may not be used in or on humans or animals, injected, ingested, administered, used to reconstitute or prepare another substance for human or animal administration, compounded for clinical treatment, used for diagnosis or used to prevent, treat or cure any disease or condition.

No medical guidance

G&C Reconstix does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, administration instructions or guidance concerning human or veterinary use. Website information is limited to product identification, ordering and appropriate laboratory handling information.

Purchaser responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for evaluating suitability for the purchaser’s lawful research, maintaining appropriate facilities and procedures, following the product label, and complying with all federal, state and local requirements. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify an order’s research purpose and may decline or cancel an order.

Product documentation

Only documentation specifically issued for the applicable product and production lot should be relied upon. Website descriptions do not create a certification, specification or test result. Claims concerning testing, sterility, purity, manufacturing standards or materials will be made only when supported by applicable records.
