Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may use the website and purchase products only for lawful laboratory research purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

Research-use restriction

All products are for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal use, and not for injection. They are not intended for reconstituting or preparing any substance for administration to humans or animals. Products are not offered as drugs, medical treatments, food, cosmetics or diagnostic products. We do not provide medical advice, dosing or administration guidance.

Account and order information

You agree to provide accurate, current billing, shipping and contact information and to protect your account credentials. We may verify, limit, reject or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, compliance concerns, address problems, pricing errors or an indicated prohibited use.

Prices and payment

Prices, availability, discounts and shipping offers may change before an order is accepted. Taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when applicable. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

Shipping, risk and returns

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law and carrier terms. The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

Product information

We work to present accurate information, but images may be illustrative and packaging may change. Only documentation specifically applicable to the supplied product or lot controls. No unsupported certification, testing, sterility, purity or manufacturing claim is made.

Intellectual property

The G&C Reconstix name, branding, artwork, website design and original content may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission.

Website availability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning uninterrupted website operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G&C Reconstix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, prohibited product use or a purchaser’s failure to follow labeling or law. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction serving LeFlore County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires another forum.
